1. Designated Agent

AIFancyText has officially designated a Copyright Agent to receive notifications of alleged copyright infringement. This information must also be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

2. Takedown Notice Procedures

To file a copyright infringement claim, you must submit a written notification that complies with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). The notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
• A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

3. Counter-Notice Procedures

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake, you may send a written Counter-Notice to our Designated Agent including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
• Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

4. Policy on Repeat Infringers

AIFancyText reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the account or access privileges of any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer of copyrighted materials.
