3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

A. Your Content and Copyright

You retain 100% ownership and copyright over any text, usernames, phrases, or bios that you input, generate, or copy from AIFancyText ("User Content"). Because text conversions execute locally on your device via standard Unicode algorithms, AIFancyText does not store, claim ownership of, or license your individual creations.

B. Commercial & Personal License

You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any stylized text generated by our platform for both personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Mobile gaming profiles, gamer tags, and esports clan names (Free Fire, BGMI, PUBG, Call of Duty, Roblox).
• Social media profile handles, bios, captions, and comments (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Discord, YouTube, Facebook).
• Commercial marketing materials, streaming overlays, digital merchandise, graphic designs, and video thumbnails.

C. AIFancyText Proprietary Rights

All visual interfaces, source code, CSS design tokens, branding, logos, site layout, custom software scripts, and proprietary text transformation dictionaries are the exclusive intellectual property of AIFancyText. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative software that replicates the core proprietary codebase of this platform without prior written authorization.

4. Gaming Platforms & Third-Party Disclaimer

AIFancyText is an independent creative resource and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with:

• Garena or Free Fire / Free Fire MAX
• Krafton or Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) / PUBG Mobile
• Activision Blizzard or Call of Duty: Mobile
• Discord Inc., Meta (Instagram, Facebook), ByteDance (TikTok), or X Corp.

All registered trademarks, logos, and game titles are the property of their respective copyright holders. Reference to third-party games and platforms is made strictly for identification, compatibility, and descriptive purposes under fair use doctrine.

Character Limits & Unsupported Symbols (Tofu)

While our tools utilize official Unicode Consortium standards supported by iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows, individual game engines may limit character byte lengths or restrict custom glyphs. We strongly advise using our Nickname Byte Checker to verify symbol support before purchasing or redeeming non-refundable rename cards. AIFancyText is not responsible for in-game currency spent on unsupported character combinations.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

By using this Service, you agree to respect community safety and legal boundaries. You agree that you will not use AIFancyText to:

• Generate, post, or distribute hate speech, violent threats, racial or religious slurs, defamation, or content that promotes harm against any individual or group.
• Impersonate official administrators, esports tournament referees, game developers, or public figures with fraudulent intent.
• Conduct phishing, social engineering, credential harvesting, or deceptive scam campaigns.
• Attempt to disrupt website infrastructure through Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, automated bot abuse, or excessive automated querying.
• Bypass, alter, or tamper with security measures, ad placements, or site performance protections.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses or restrict access to users who violate these acceptable use standards.

6. AI Tools & Generated Content Disclaimer

Features powered by artificial intelligence (such as our AI Bio Generator) generate suggestions through probabilistic language models. While designed to spark creativity, AI-generated suggestions are provided "as is". You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the appropriateness, accuracy, and suitability of any AI-generated text before publishing it to your social media or professional accounts.

7. Advertising & Third-Party Services

To keep our text utilities 100% free for global creators, AIFancyText may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) and links to external websites. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, products, or services offered by third-party advertisers or external websites. Interacting with third-party links is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Copyright & DMCA Compliance
